(Boise) – Idaho is participating in three cases challenging federal vaccine mandates. Court filings related to each are available below.
The first, a complaint filed on October 29, 2021, targets the Biden administration’s mandate for federal contractors.
The second is a petition of review filed on November 5, and is in response to the administration’s mandate for private employers.
The third is a November 15 complaint filed against the administration’s healthcare provider (CMS) mandate.
The fourth is a court-ordered injunction in the ongoing litigation over the healthcare provider mandate. It was issued November 30, 2021.
