BOISE — Attorney General Raúl Labrador announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Preston Seeholzer, 45, of Twin Falls on Thursday, October 9, 2025 for five counts of sexually exploitative material.

“Our ICAC investigators do critical work to protect children in Idaho, and I’m grateful for the partnerships we’ve built with local law enforcement across the state to better do that,” said Attorney General Labrador. “This arrest reflects the dedication of our team and the agencies who work together to keep our communities safe.”

The ICAC Unit partnered with Twin Falls Police Department, Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, Idaho State Police, Rupert Police Department, and Meridian Police Department to make this arrest.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.

The charges listed above are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
