[BOISE, ID] – Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested an Emmett man on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, for alleged sexual exploitation of a child.

Thirty-year-old Kolby Jake Amy has been charged with ten (10) counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material.

“This arrest reflects the dedication of our ICAC team and the agencies working together across Idaho to keep children safe,” said Attorney General Labrador. “Our ICAC investigators do critical work every day to protect our communities, and I’m grateful for the partnerships we’ve built with local law enforcement across the state.”

The ICAC Unit was assisted by the Emmett Police Department, Nampa Police Department, Canyon County Sheriff’s Office, and the Idaho State Police.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
