(Boise) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested a Sagle man on Thursday, February 17, for alleged sexual exploitation of a minor.

45-year-old Jason D. Edgar was booked into the Bonner County Jail. He is alleged to have possessed and distributed sexually exploitative material.

The Bonner County Sheriff’s Office, Moscow Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, Idaho State Police and Bonner County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office assisted the ICAC Unit with the arrest.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
