The Office of the Attorney General is required to issue a report on human trafficking by January 1 of each even-numbered year pursuant to Idaho Code § 18-8605(1), as amended. This report outlines the status of the state’s efforts to combat human trafficking and recommends next steps one or more bodies of state government should take to eradicate human trafficking in Idaho.
