Increasing the public's access to justice by providing information, referral and standard forms for persons who are representing themselves in court.

Idaho Crime Victims Compensation Program
Provides financial assistance to crime victims who are injured as the result of criminally injurious conduct.

A toll-free legal helpline for victims of domestic violence.

The Family Advocate Program works to keep abused children out of danger and in safe homes, while partnering with parents to build strong families.

FACES Family Justice Center has a mission to provide proactive, team-oriented, victim-centered services, support and education to those affected by Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Idaho Parole Commission, Victim Services

Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program
IVLP provides free civil legal assistance through advice and consultation, brief legal services and representation in certain cases to persons living in poverty.

University of Idaho Victims' Rights Clinic
The Victims' Rights Clinic is part of the clinical program at the University of Idaho College of Law. It is staffed by third-year law students with limited licenses to practice law issued by the Idaho Supreme Court. The students provide legal services to crime victims under the supervision of a law faculty member who is an experienced attorney. Boise and surrounding area (208) 885–6541.

Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)
VINE is a free service offered by the State of Idaho. Victims can register to be notified of their offender’s release or transfer. Toll–free (866) 984–6343
