Gregory Todd Anderson Sentenced on Felony Possession and Violating a Protective Order
(Boise) - Gregory Todd Anderson was sentenced to one and one-half years to five years in prison for felony possession of a controlled substance by Fourth District Judge Deborah Bail. Anderson will also serve sentences during that same time period for possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a no contact order, Attorney General Lawrence Wasden said.
Anderson, 38, of Boise pleaded guilty on September 23, 2003 to one count of unlawfully possessing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a felony. Anderson also pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors, unlawfully possessing drug paraphernalia and violating a no contact order. The no contact order was issued in a separate domestic violence case.
The Special Prosecutions Unit of the Attorney General's Criminal Law Division prosecuted the case at the request of Ada County Prosecuting Attorney Greg Bower. Deputy Attorney General Kenneth Stringfield prosecuted the case.
