Attorney General’s Office Charges Former Boise City Employee
(Boise) – The Idaho Attorney General’s Office today filed a criminal complaint charging Tamera Dalene Rice with one felony count of misuse of public funds in violation of Idaho Code § 18-5701.
The complaint alleges that Rice, while employed as Director of Human Resources for the City of Boise, “purchased children’s clothing from Brats; a children’s clothing store in Las Vegas, Nevada in the amount of $117.98 and charged it to Boise City.”
A summons was issued by Fourth District Magistrate Judge Kevin Swain, ordering Rice to appear for initial appearance on July 9, 2003.
