Under Idaho law, it is now illegal for telemarketers to call Idaho phone numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. Due to changes in federal law, Idaho no longer publishes a separate state No Call List. Click here to register your home and/or cellular phone number(s) on the National Do Not Call Registry.
If you have been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least three months and have received a telemarketing call, you may download, complete and submit a consumer complaint to our Consumer Protection Division.
