Attorney General's Office Job Opportunity

Position Available: Administrative Assistant in the Criminal Law Division, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
Salary: D.O.E. This is a part-time position of 25 hours per week. A full state benefits package is offered.
Location: Boise, Idaho. As Idaho's capital, Boise is a growing city of approximately 214,200 and serves as headquarters for several major national and international corporations. Boise offers a rich variety of both cultural and recreational opportunities. Idaho's world-famous fly-fishing, skiing, kayaking and hiking are all within easy access. Housing costs are moderate.
Primary Duties: This position provides administrative support to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Relevant duties include archiving investigative and prosecution files; office supply management; transcription of recorded interviews; monitoring unit and central office calendars; preparing agendas and committee minutes; other duties as assigned.
Requirements: The successful applicant must possess a minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent. He or she should have above-average communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. The successful applicant must be able to maintain the confidentiality of protected health information, criminal investigations and intra-office communications. He or she must be able to work closely with other support staff, criminal investigators and attorneys.
