Attorney General's Office Job Opportunity

Position Available: Part-Time Office Assistant
Salary: Salary DOE / 19 Hours per week. No benefits.
Location: Boise, Idaho. As Idaho's capital, Boise is a growing city of approximately 214,200 and serves as headquarters for several major national and international corporations. Boise offers a rich variety of both cultural and recreational opportunities. Idaho's world-famous fly-fishing, skiing, kayaking and hiking are all within easy access. Housing costs are moderate.
Primary Duties: Office errands and filing documents at courthouses; file organization and maintenance; organizing and maintaining office supplies and publications; photocopying; scanning; and performing other duties as assigned. This is a part-time position, Monday through Thursday 1-5 pm and Fridays 1-4 pm.
Requirements: High school diploma, current Idaho driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs., office equipment experience, database or data entry experience, word processing skills, experience with Microsoft Office applications, public or government office experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and have initiative to assist with a variety of projects.
