Contracts and Administrative Law Division
The Contracts and Administrative Law Division provides support for internal contract work for all agencies of state government. The division manages the outside legal contracts required by the Bureau of Risk Management, the State Insurance Fund, the Bureau of Child Support, and the Industrial Special Indemnity Fund. Deputies within the division provide day-to-day administrative counsel and assist client agencies to promulgate rules, draft legislation address open meeting law questions, and respond to public records act responses.
